כל התוכן באתר—עיצובים, תמונות, טקסטים, סימנים מסחריים—הם רכושה הבלעדי של החברה. אסור לשכפל, להפיץ או לעשות שימוש מסחרי ללא רשות בכתב.
מוצרים בהזמנה אישית
המוצרים מיוצרים לפי הזמנה. עם ביצוע הזמנה, נגבית מקדמה של 50% שאינה ניתנת להחזר. מקדמה זו מכסה עלויות תכנון ופתיחת ייצור ולא תוחזר במקרה של ביטול או שינוי דעה.
אם המוצר מגיע עם פגם ייצור, יש ליצור קשר תוך 7 ימים מהמשלוח. פגמים מאומתים יתוקנו או יוחלפו לפי שיקול דעתנו.
הגבלת אחריות
החברה מספקת אחריות רק במסגרת זכויות הצרכן החוקיות. כל המוצרים מיוצרים ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, אך שינויים קלים בגימור הם חלק מתהליך הייצור ואינם נחשבים לפגמים.
הגבלת חבות
במלוא המידה המותרת בחוק, החברה לא תישא באחריות לנזקים עקיפים, מקריים או תוצאתיים הנובעים מהשימוש באתר או במוצרים.
דין החל ושיפוט
הודעה זו וכל מחלוקת הנובעת ממנה יהיו כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל. הליכים משפטיים יתנהלו אך ורק בבתי המשפט בתל אביב.

All content on this website—including product designs, images, text, and logos—is the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Made-to-Order Policy
MA REN pieces are made-to-order. Upon placing an order, 50% of the total price is charged upfront as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit covers design and production initiation costs and will not be refunded in cases of cancellation or change of mind.
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Verified defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Company provides no warranty beyond statutory consumer rights where applicable. All products are crafted with the highest standards, but minor variations in finish are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Governing Law
This Legal Notice and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
