מדיניות החזרות וביטולים

ביטול עסקה
- מוצר שאינו בהזמנה אישית: אפשר לבטל עד 14 יום מקבלה, בכפוף לחוק.
- מוצרים בהזמנה/התאמה אישית: אינם ניתנים לביטול/החזרה לאחר אישור ותשלום מקדמה, אלא אם יש פגם ייצור מהותי.
- דמי ביטול לפי חוק (עד 5% או 100 ₪ – הנמוך), ועלויות שילוח שכבר הוצאו אינן מוחזרות.
החזרות
- החזרה במצב חדש, לא שמיש, באריזה מקורית עם כל האביזרים/תגיות.
- יש לקבל מספר RMA מראש ולשלוח לכתובת שתימסר.
- עלות משלוח חזרה על הלקוח, אלא אם אושר פגם ייצור.
- לא יתקבלו פריטים שניזוקו כתוצאה משימוש/הרכבה/שינוי/ניקוי לא תקין.
פגמים ונזקי משלוח
- דיווח בתוך 48 שעות מצורף תמונות ומס׳ הזמנה.
- לאחר אימות—תיקון/החלפה/החזר לפי שיקול דעתנו הסביר.
החזרים כספיים
עיבוד בתוך 14 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלת ובדיקת הפריט, לאמצעי התשלום המקורי; מכס/מסים/משלוח אינם מוחזרים.
הזמנות בינלאומיות
מכס/מסים/אגרות ביעד—אחריות הלקוח. עיכובי מכס לא מזכים בהחזר.

Order Cancellation
- Items not made-to-order: cancellable within 14 days of receipt, subject to law.
- Custom / Made-to-Order / Limited Edition: non-cancellable and non-returnable after confirmation and deposit, except verified manufacturing defects.
- Statutory cancellation fee may apply (up to 5% or 100 ILS, lower of the two); shipping already incurred is non-refundable.
Returns
- Return unused, in new condition, in original packaging with all accessories/tags.
- Obtain an RMA before shipping and send to the address we provide.
- Return shipping at customer cost unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- Returns showing wear/installation/alteration/improper cleaning will be refused.
Defects & Transit Damage
- Report within 48 hours with photos and order number.
- Upon validation, we will repair, replace or refund at our reasonable discretion.
Refunds
Processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection, to the original payment method. Shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
International Orders
Customs/duties/import fees are the customer's responsibility. Customs delays do not entitle refunds.
